Kenmore European Industrial Fund Limited is a newly established, limited
liability, closed-ended, Guernsey registered investment company with Kenmore
Financial Services Limited as its Investment Manager.



Kenmore Property Group Limited (''Kenmore'') is the parent company of Kenmore
Financial Services Limited. Kenmore was founded in 1986 and its principal
activities are property trading, development and fund management.



The investment objective of the Company is to provide Ordinary Shareholders with
an attractive level of income together with the potential for income and capital
growth. Its investment policy is to focus on investments in industrial real
estate assets primarily across Western and Northern European jurisdictions (but
with no investments being made in the United Kingdom). The Investment Manager

Kenmore is raising up to #140 million from investors and seeking admission to
the Official List.  The Issue is sponsored by JPMorgan Cazenove.
