                  Announcement of extension of debt facilities 
 
Further to previous announcements regarding the future funding and capital 
structure of the Company, the Board is pleased to announce the extension of its 
debt facilities. The Company's current facilities remain on the same terms as 
previously announced save that the next review date is now 30 April 2010. 
On 8 March 2010 an intention to strengthen the Company's balance sheet by 
seeking to raise funds through the equity capital markets was announced. This 
process is progressing and the Board anticipates that another update will be 
provided during April.
