HAMILTON, Bermuda - Alea Group Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. ('Alea' or 'the Group') 
today announced that Jeffrey R. Rosenthal will assume the role of President and 
Chief Executive Officer replacing Mark B. Cloutier effective 1 April 2010. As 
previously disclosed, Mr. Cloutier tendered his resignation effective 31 March 
2010 as Chief Executive Officer. 
 
Mr. Rosenthal comes to Alea with over 37 years of experience in the financial 
services industry, holding a variety of senior leadership positions at Fortress 
Investment Group, Starwood Capital Group and KPMG. 
 
Rob Kauffman, non-executive Chairman of Alea, said, "We thank Mark for his many 
contributions over the past several years and as we make this transition. We 
welcome Jeff Rosenthal and expect Alea will benefit from his strong financial 
skills and experience as he leads the Group in the future."
