SHARE PURCHASE, VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL 
 
Albion  Income  &  Growth  VCT  PLC  announces that it purchased 29,000 Ordinary 
shares  at a  price of  61.7 pence per  share on 28 March 2013.  This represents 
0.07% of   the  total  number  of  voting  rights  in  the  Company  before  the 
transaction.  These shares will be cancelled. 
 
Following  this transaction and in conformity with the provisions of DTR 5.6, we 
would like to notify the market of the following: 
 
Albion  Income  &  Growth  VCT  PLC's  capital  as at 28 March 2013 consisted of 
46,236,035 Ordinary  shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each.  Albion Income 
& Growth VCT PLC holds 4,550,867 shares in Treasury. 
 
Therefore,  the total number of voting rights  in Albion Income & Growth VCT PLC 
is  41,685,168 which  may  be  used  by  shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations  by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their 
interest  in, or  change to  their interest  in, Albion  Income & Growth VCT PLC 
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
