   TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES, VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL 
 
   Albion Income & Growth VCT PLC announces that it has purchased 269,000 
Ordinary shares on 19 August 2013 at a price of 61.61 pence per share. 
The shares purchased represent 0.62% of the total number of voting 
rights in the Company before the transaction.  These shares will be 
cancelled. 
 
   Following this transaction, and in conformity with the provisions of DTR 
5.6, we would like to notify the market of the following: 
 
   Albion Income & Growth VCT PLC's capital as at 19 August 2013 consisted 
of 48,007,093 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each.  The 
Company holds 4,550,867 shares in treasury. 
 
   Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Albion Income & Growth 
VCT PLC is 43,456,226 which may be used by shareholders as the 
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they 
are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest 
in, Albion Income & Growth VCT PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and 
Transparency Rules.
