SHARE PURCHASE, VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL 
 
Albion  Prime VCT  PLC announces  that it  purchased 34,000 Ordinary shares at a 
price  of 59.6 pence  per share  on 16 July  2012. This represents  0.15% of the 
total  number  of  voting  rights  in  the Company before the transaction. These 
shares will be held in treasury. 
In addition, the company has today cancelled 34,648 out of treasury. 
 
Following these transactions and in conformity with the Transparency Directive's 
transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following: 
 
Albion  Prime  VCT  PLC's  capital  as  at 16 July 2012 consisted of 24,406,823 
Ordinary  shares with a  nominal value of  1p each.  Albion Prime  VCT PLC holds 
2,443,000 shares in treasury. 
 
Therefore,  the  total  number  of  voting  rights  in  Albion  Prime VCT PLC is 
21,963,823, which  may  be  used  by  shareholders  as  the  denominator for the 
calculations  by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their 
interest  in, or  change to  their interest  in, Albion  Prime VCT PLC under the 
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
