    AIM AND NORTH SOUND AGREE TO END LITIGATION


    AIM Resources Limited ("AIM Resources" "the Company") (ASX:AIM;AIM:AIMR) today announced that it has resolved the litigation which North
Sound Legacy International Ltd ("North Sound") commenced late last year in the Federal Court of Australia against AIM Resources, seeking
access to certain books and records of AIM Resources.

    Recently, AIM Resources has announced a number of significant management changes and has also achieved a major milestone in the
development of the Perkoa Zinc Project in Burkina Faso, through the commencement of the underground decline. As noted in AIM Resources'
announcement to the AIM Market on 21 May 2008, this marks a key transition as the project develops into a mine.

    In recognition that the interest of AIM Resources and its shareholders are best served by allowing the Company to focus on continuing to
meet its goals, North Sound and AIM Resources have agreed to terminate the litigation with immediate effect.
