For the purposes of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company 
notifies the market that the Company's issued share capital comprises 61,416,189 
Ordinary Shares of 10p each, of which 166,667 Ordinary Shares are held in 
treasury. 
 
The Company does not have any other shares which have voting rights and 
therefore the total number of voting rights, being the total shares in issue 
minus the shares held in treasury, is 61,249,522 and this figure may be used by 
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will 
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their 
interest in the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
