Ai Claims Solutions PLC ("Ai" or the "Company"), the ethical after accident 
solution provider, announces that on 31 March 2010 David Sandhu, Chief Executive 
Officer, exercised options over 133,333 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company 
("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Unapproved Option Scheme. 
 
Following the exercise of options, David Sandhu holds 240,485 Ordinary Shares in 
the Company, representing approximately 0.39% of the issued share capital of the 
Company. The exercise of options by David Sandhu was satisfied through the 
transfer of shares out of treasury on 1 April 2010 and as a consequence there 
are now 166,667 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury. 
 
The Company has also been notified of the purchase of Ordinary Shares on 1 April 
2010 by the following Director of the Company:
