VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL 
 
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Aga 
Rangemaster Group plc ("the Company") would like to notify the market of the 
following: 
 
As at 16 April 2008, the Company's issued share capital consists of 69,236,074 
ordinary shares of 46 7/8 pence with voting rights attached of one vote per 
ordinary share. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, 
the total number of voting rights in the Company is 69,236,074. 
 
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations 
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, 
or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and 
Transparency Rules. 
 
The total issued share capital and voting rights shown above replaces the 
figure of 63,236,074 misstated in Note 7 on page 6 on the Notice of Annual General 
Meeting. All other calculations based on the share capital and nominal amount 
in the Notice of Annual General Meeting are correct.
