AGA RANGEMASTER GROUP PLC 
DIRECTORATE CHANGE 
 
In compliance with rule LR 9.6.14 of the Financial Services Authority Listing 
Rules, Aga Rangemaster Group plc (the "Company") announces that Helen Mahy, a 
non-executive director of the Company, will join the board of directors of 
Stagecoach Group plc with effect from 1 January 2010. 
 
There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) 
to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Helen Mahy. 
 
In compliance with rule LR 9.6.11 of the Financial Services Authority Listing 
Rules, the Company announces that Helen Mahy intends to stand down as a 
non-executive director of the Company from 31 December 2009.

a non-executive director of the Company. We wish to thank Helen for her
