Any additional information There is a range in the number of shares each PDMR could be entitled to acquire in respect of the awards dependent on two performance criteria. Half the awards of shares under the LTIP (which are granted as options) are dependent on the Company's total shareholder return ('TSR')compared with the TSR of companies in the FTSE 250 Index over a three year performance period. The remaining half of the awards of shares under the LTIP are subject to EPS growth exceeding RPI growth by a minimum of 5% per annum for partial vesting and a maximum of 12% per annum for full vesting. Under both performance conditions a sliding scale is in operation and full vesting of conditional awards would be subject to superior performance. There is a nominal £1 payable on exercise of an award granted as an option and no charge in respect of the actual grant of an award. The options noted in paragraph 2 were granted by an employee benefit trust established by the issuer rather than by the issuer itself. 7.
