African Diamonds plc (AIM: AFD), the Botswana diamond company, is pleased to
confirm that, at a board meeting of the directors held on 6th April 2010, the
company granted the following options to its directors over ordinary shares,
each of which are exercisable at 42 pence per share over a period of seven
years:
John Teeling 1,250,000
James Campbell 1,250,000
David Horgan 750,000
James Finn 750,000
Alex van Zyl 750,000
The total options in issue are now 8,250,000, representing 8.22% of the issued
share capital.
