   Exercise of warrants 
 
   Vast Resources plc, the AIM listed resource and development company, 
announces that application has been made for 7,500,000 new ordinary 
shares of 0.1p each to be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the 
exercise of warrants by an adviser to the Company (the "Warrant 
Exercise"). Of the warrants exercised, 3,000,000 have an exercise price 
per share of 0.5 pence and 4,500,000 have an exercise price of 0.6 
pence. 
 
   The 7,500,000 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the Warrant 
Exercise will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary 
shares and admission to trading on AIM is expected to occur at 8:00 am 
on 12 October 2015 ("Admission"). 
 
   Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company 
will be 1,480,848,989, with each ordinary share carrying the right to 
one vote. 
 
   The above figure of 1,480,848,989 may be used by shareholders as the 
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they 
are required to notify their interest in VAST under the FCA's Disclosure 
and Transparency Rules.
