Sale of Retained Bonds

Affordable Housing Finance Plc announces that it has sold GBP24,000,000 in principal amount of its Bonds.

In accordance with the provisions of the trust deed dated 30 May 2014 (as amended and supplemented) which constitutes and secures the Bonds (the "Trust Deed") the Bonds that have been sold were Retained Bonds as detailed in the Offering Circulars dated 1 June 2016, 3 August 2016 and 17 October 2016.

Following the sale, Bonds with an aggregate principal amount of GBP1,051,200,000 remain in issue (GBP963,200,000 under XS1273543162 and GBP88,000,000 under temporary ISIN XS1590045032) and of this amount GBP62,500,000 in principal amount are Retained Bonds (GBP46,500,000 under XS1273543162 and GBP16,000,000 under temporary ISIN XS1590045032) held by or for the account of Affordable Housing Finance Plc. Bonds under the temporary ISIN XS1590045032 will funge on or around 14 May 2017.
