Board Reorganisation 
 
 
Aero Inventory is today announcing the following Board changes which take effect 
today, 27 April 2009. 
Martin Dodge, who joined the Company in 1994 and has held the position of 
Commercial Director since July 2004, is appointed to the position of Chief 
Operating Officer. In addition to his existing responsibilities, Martin will 
assume responsibility for all aspects of Aero Inventory's Operations including 
purchasing and the management of Aero Inventory's long term customer contracts. 
Mr Dodge holds 315,225 Ordinary Shares of 1.25p each (Ordinary Shares) in the 
Company, representing 0.6% of the issued Ordinary Shares and also holds options 
over Ordinary Shares in the Company, exercisable as follows:-

Collin Trupp, appointed to the position of Business Development Director in July 
2007, assumes the additional responsibilities of IT, new business implementation 
and business processes in addition to his existing Business Development 
responsibilities. Mr Trupp has been with the Company since 2003 and was 
appointed to the board in April 2005. 
 
 
Mr Trupp holds 15,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.03% of the 
issued Ordinary Shares and also holds options over Ordinary Shares in the

Paul Docker, Chief Operating Officer since June 2007, has left the Company to 
pursue other business interests. The Board is grateful to Paul for his 
considerable contribution to the growth of Aero Inventory since joining the
