Advanced Medical Solutions Takeover Rumours (AMS)

It would seem that the takeover rumours were unsubstantiated. We could do with some positive product news IMHO.

I too a long time holder and agree with your assessment "anteos". Up 21p today something s going on i.e. takeover maybe.

Hi Long term holder of AMS here. Looking at the results the profits seems down due to one off acquisition costs. So going forward if we integrate Peters surgical correctly we could be looking at 200m+ revenue for FY25. I think they said high single digit eps for FY25. I always thought the end game for AMS would be a takeover from another Pharma. I hope PE do not acquire us on the cheap as going forward the Peters acquisition could be transformative. Thanks for the info.

Regulatory approval given to AMS for takeover of PETERS AMS will be a large outfit, all V good for the future IMHO.
