Final Terms dated 10 April 2019 for Adecco Financial Services (North America), LLC's JPY 7,000,000,000 1.14 per cent. Notes due 12 April 2039 (the "Notes") guaranteed by Adecco Group AG under the EUR 3,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 22 March 2019 (the "Base Prospectus").
