        Addworth declares a 6.96% stake in Innovative Software Direct plc

Following a purchase of 100,000 shares @ 40p per share on Monday 11 June,
Addworth Plc has increased its holding in Innovative Software Direct Plc to
680,000 shares, representing 6.96% of that company's equity.
