    Directors increase holdings

    Addworth Plc, the AIM- quoted investment company, announces that on 10 June 2008, Mark Watson-Mitchell, Executive Chairman, Frans
Timmermans, Finance Director, Albert Collins, Rob Painting and Anthony Scutt (all Non-Executive Directors), each purchased 100,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 1.3p per share.

    These purchases increase the personal holdings of each Director as follows:
