The Board of Acquisitor Holdings notes the following national press article,
headlined 'Duncan Soukup and Acquisitor Holdings (Bermuda) Limited', that
appeared in The Independent newspaper on Wednesday 29 December, 2004:
"In the Outlook Column on 29 November, Jeremy Warner commented on Mr Duncan
Soukup and Acquisitor Holdings, which is the largest shareholder in Baltimore
Technologies. We now accept that the decision of Baltimore's Board, a majority
of whom are independent directors, to pursue a delisting and consolidation of
Baltimore's stock was made for sound business and commercial reasons. We
apologise to Mr Soukup and Acquisitor Holdings for any embarrassment caused."
