Update 
ACP Capital Limited (the "Company": AIM: APL) today announces receipt of the 
Company's share of a cash distribution made by ACP Mezzanine Limited (AIM: 
ACPM). The Company's distribution of 4.5 pence per share, which was conditional 
upon this receipt, will be made on 6 March 2009 to record holders as at 13 
February 2009 as detailed in the 30 January 2009 announcement.
