Further Capital Distribution
ACP Capital Limited (the "Company": AIM: APL) today announces a return of
capital of 16.75 pence per share, payable on 10 June 2010 to registered
shareholders as of 28 May 2010. The ex-dividend date will be 26 May 2010. This
payment is conditional upon the receipt of the Company's share of a distribution
from ACP Mezzanine Limited announced on 19 May 2010.
This distribution of approximately GBP34.9 million mainly comprises the proceeds
from the disposal of the Company's interest IFR Capital plc's debt (as announced
on 4 May 2010) and the expected distribution from ACP Mezzanine Limited.
Post distribution, the Company's portfolio will primarily comprise its 45 per
cent equity interest in Leasecom. The Company expects to make a communication
to shareholders presently as to its expectations for that investment.
