Further Capital Distribution
The Board of ACP Capital Limited (the "Company": AIM: APL) today announces a
return of capital of 26.80 pence per share, payable on 24 December 2009 to
shareholders on the register on 11 December 2009. The ex-dividend date will be 9
December 2009. This payment is conditional upon the receipt of the Company's
share of a distribution from ACP Mezzanine Limited announced today.
This distribution of approximately GBP55.84 million mainly comprises the
proceeds from the disposal of the Company's preference and ordinary share
investments in the IFR Capital group (as announced on 25 November 2009) and the
distribution to be received from ACP Mezzanine Limited.
