Lyndon will be responsible for the origination of non-investment grade debt opportunities. Lyndon, 43, has 10 years of UK and continental European debt market experience, most recently at Investec where he was responsible for establishing and managing Investec's Specialised Lending division within its Capital Markets business. The Specialised Lending division focused on the provision of senior and mezzanine debt for leveraged SME buyouts, growth finance, bridge finance and real estate finance. It also underwrote mezzanine debt for UK and European leveraged transactions. The division was active in a variety of industries, including real estate (where it also originated senior debt funding opportunities), manufacturing, infrastructure, communications, retail and business services.
