23/10/2014 08:02 | That person who sold at 19.5p last week must be choking on his corn flakes now. If you are a bottler and sell because others sell you should stick to playing bingo. | igoe104
22/10/2014 20:50 | Good call by Simon T then, up 25% at least since his accumulate as oversold message. Let's hope it can sustain the rise... | qs99
22/10/2014 15:34 | Yes good to see,ACM is one to tuck away IMO | cheshire man
22/10/2014 15:25 | Good to see ACM and the general markets pick up again. Its approaching half-term, so another trip to spain to get some rays beckons. | igoe104
22/10/2014 11:31 | Interesting to see BA. (British Aerospace) acquire SilverSky, a commercial cyber service provider, this morning: BA. paid just over 3 times current year sales. In ACM's case, based on almost £21m forecast sales, that would equate to roughly £63m, or 50% above the current ACM share price. I haven't particularly looked into SilverSky's business, but with an "established sales force, a complementary suite of scalable products and a large installed customer base" there are similarities. I'd certainly rather see ACM continuing to grow organically and with further acquisitions - I have hopes of ACM being a number of times bigger than they are now in the coming years. | rivaldo
17/10/2014 15:09 | They have told me because they received the payment in a cheque from acm, they won`t be able to make the payment to my account until next week. probably the 21/10/14. | igoe104

17/10/2014 11:43 | igoe104- have you had your divi yet? I have complained to Selftrade today that still missing. fizzypop - you are very lucky - I am still trying to get iii to credit a dividend due four weeks ago today. Because this simple matter has taken so long it has now automatically turned into a formal complaint. | sharw

16/10/2014 10:54 | Here's the full tip update from Shares Mag (cheers Cheshire Man): "Accumuli (ACM:AIM) Few stocks have been spared in the market sell-off but it is when investors are at panic stations that opportunities can arise as sentiment becomes detached from fundamentals. Against such a backcloth we would caution readers to remember the longer-term scope for growth of cyber security buy-and-build consolidator Accumuli (ACM:AIM). First flagged by us at 20p (see Shares, Plays, 20 Feb ‘14), the share price has fallen back from the 26.75p levels of our most recent update in the summer (26 Jun) in spite of the company’s robust trading oct) performance. a trading update earlier this month (7 oct) implied a strong second quarter of new orders, and several noteworthy new or extended contracts, both in the uK and uS. Net cash ahead of the final dividend payout (15 oct) stood at £3.6 million, and with robust cash generation, expect the buy-and build strategy to continue. Shares says: On FinnCap’s £3.4 million pre-tax profit and 1.7p per share of earnings estimate, the stock is now trading on a price to earnings (PE) multiple of 12.6, with an implied dividend yield of 2.4%. This is a good opportunity to get in on an emerging quality growth story, with FinnCap sticking to its 33p target price." | rivaldo
16/10/2014 09:54 | finnCap Ltd @finnCap 10m10 minutes ago . @Accumuli_Sec (#AIM:ACM) in @SHARESmag: "expect the buy-and-build strategy to continue" #finnCap | cheshire man

15/10/2014 13:31 | Cheers Cap'n. Can anyone post the full article for info please as subscriber-only? Here's the intro: "Time to accumulate Accumuli Earlier this week I noted how the eurozone growth scare has impacted financial markets and has dealt a hammer blow to the small cap end of the equity market. I also pointed out that it was time to create watchlists of companies in order to exploit the indiscriminate mark down in share prices and, in particular, for those that have been reporting goods news." | rivaldo
15/10/2014 12:29 | Massively OVERsold - I agree, this should be over 30p | mark2market

14/10/2014 12:59 | Techinvest comment from last issue (25.75p): "The shares should be a clear-beneficiary from the ever-increasing news flow relating to cybersecurity matters and related attacks and threats. Continue to buy" We've been given a great opp. imo today to add around 20p. VDSI on Nasdaq has gone from $6.50 to $17 since Feb. Happy to hold both. | aishah
14/10/2014 12:43 | Some desperate folks around to sell at these levels, surely anyone with any brains would hold out for another 6 or so weeks, they would get a much better price. Well done to you guys for topping up, (I missed out been at the gym.) | igoe104 |
