RNS Number:5626D
Access Plus PLC
08 November 2002

"The following replaces the Trading Statement announcement released today 8
November 2002 at 14:13 under RNS number 5603D.

Paragraph 2 should read, a commercial partner of one of our major clients, has
been placed in administration, and not a commercial partner of the National
Union of Students, has been placed in administration, as previously stated.

All other details remain unchanged, and the full amended text appears below."

TRADING STATEMENT

Access Plus PLC can announce that, with the exception of the item mentioned
below, trading remains in line with last year.

This week it has been reported that one of its customers, ITM Communications
Limited, a commercial partner of one of our major clients, has been placed in
administration. ITM Communications has debts and outstanding work-in-progress
with Access Plus amounting to approximately #600,000. At this stage, the
Directors of Access Plus consider it appropriate to increase its bad debt
provision to cover this sum. Consequently, this year's financial targets will
not be achieved.

The Directors have carefully reviewed its other major trading relationships and
consider that none of the other large customers represent a similar risk.

The Group remains very cash generative and does not expect this setback to
affect its current strategy of share buy-back or growth through strategic
in-fill acquisitions.
