Accent Group Limited* Announces Successful sale of GBP125,000,000, 2.625 per cent. Retained Secured Bonds due 18 July 2049

* Accent Group Limited is the ultimate holding company for Accent Capital PLC

Notice is hereby given that the Issuer has sold GBP125,000,000 in principal amount of its Bonds. Lloyds and NatWest Markets acted as joint bookrunners on this transaction.

Following the sale, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Bonds in issue will be GBP350,000,000, of which GBP0 are Retained Bonds held by or on behalf of the Issuer.

The funding will support Accent's development programme in which it aims to deliver over 4,000 new, affordable homes over the next 10 years, and invest in existing homes and transformational services for Accent's customers.
