The following final terms (together, the Final Terms) are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 19 April 2018 relating to the issue of U.S.$750,000,000 4.375 per cent. Notes due 2025 under Abu Dhabi National Energy Company PJSC's U.S.$9,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the Programme); and

Final Terms dated 19 April 2018 relating to the issue of U.S.$1,000,000,000 4.875 per cent. Notes due 2030 under the Programme.

The Final Terms referred to above must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 11 April 2018 ( the Prospectus), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC, as amended).
