The Company was notified on 15 October 2007 that on 12 October 2007 Farkland
Ventures Inc. had purchased a total of 400,000 shares in the Company from
Wisynco Investments Inc. Consequently, Wisynco Investments Inc. has an interest
in 6,276,050 shares, representing 9.06 per cent of the issued share capital.

Wisynco Investments Inc. represents certain vendors of Argo Capital Management 
(Cyprus) Limited.

Farkland Ventures Inc is a company belonging to Rialco Trust, the beneficiaries
of which might be Andreas Rialas and his family. When added to the 470,833
shares held in his own name, Andreas Rialas now has an interest in 13,945,833
shares in the Company, representing 20.14 per cent. of the issued share capital.
