Absolute Capital Mgmt Holdings Ltd 09 June 2008 Absolute Capital Managements Holdings Limited ("ACMH" or the "Group") ACMH strengthens investment team with the appointment of Daniel Bieri as Head of Portfolio Advisory and Athanasios Ladopoulos as a Lead Portfolio Adviser ACMH, the fund management company focused on delivering investment returns through the management of absolute return funds, is pleased to announce that Daniel Bieri has joined ACMH as Head of Portfolio Advisory and Athanasios Ladopoulos as a Lead Portfolio Adviser focused on the Absolute Octane Fund. Daniel will be responsible for risk management and ensuring the development and delivery of effective investment strategies and frameworks within the Group. Daniel Bieri, aged 41 has over 20 years of asset management experience. He joins ACMH from Swiss Life Asset Management, Zurich where he most recently held the position of Head of Equities. During his nine year tenure at Swiss Life, Daniel was responsible for Swiss equity investments and special equity mandates and subsequently worldwide equity investments when he took over the management of the equity team in 2004. Prior to that Daniel was at Allianz Insurance where he was responsible for Swiss equity investments. Athanasios Ladopoulos, aged 38 has a strong track record in fund management and equity research, having demonstrable success in achieving top ranked fund performance. Athanasios was most recently Lead Portfolio Manager of Kinetic Special Situations, a London-based event driven hedge fund. He has also previously worked for Claridge Capital as Head of Research, First Continental Trading as a Futures Trader and Lazard Capital Markets where he directed and grew the Technology, Media and Telecoms equity research and sales team. He began his career at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority where he was responsible for their asset allocation and investment activities.
