This disclosure is to reflect the fact that the voting rights effectively held indirectly by the underlying intermediate holding company abrdn Investments (Holdings) Limited (aIHL) increased above a notifiable threshold due to trading on 19 January 2022.

aIHL now effectively holds the delegated voting rights to 12.072926% of the shares in Hollywood Bowl Group plc. Prior to this crossing, aIHL effectively held 11.926839% of the delegated voting rights.
