ADDITIONAL LISTING


Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 275,597 new
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"), in consideration for the
acquisition of 482,296 ordinary shares of 5p each in Abraxus Investments plc
("Abraxus") at 4p per Abraxus share. The Shares rank pari passu with the
Company's existing issued ordinary shares, and dealings are expected to commence
on 31 May 2006. Following this, the Company will be interested in 10,041,740
Abraxus shares, representing approximately 29.15% of Abraxus' issued ordinary
share capital.
