Notice to ETP Securityholders of the Leverage Shares 3x Tesla ETP Securities (ISIN: XS2297549128) (the "Relevant Series")

Leverage Shares plc (the "Issuer") hereby provides notice to the holders of the Relevant Series that as at open of trading on 12 June 2023, on the exchanges on which it trades, the degree of leverage exposure provided by the Relevant Series to the Reference Asset will be 2.8x and not 2.87x as previously advised by the Issuer.

Terms used but not defined in this notice shall bear the meanings assigned to them in the Issuer's Base Prospectus approved by the Central Bank of Ireland on 4 May 2023.
