Appointment and Resignation of Directors
The Board of 2 Travel Group Plc is pleased to announce that Hugh Leonard Bowen
Jenkins, FCA, aged 60, has been appointed to the board of the Company as Finance
Director with effect from 23 September 2004. Mr Jenkins was recently the
Company Secretary and Financial Controller of Betws Anthracite Limited. A list
of Mr Jenkins' current and past directorships held within the last five years
are set out below.
Simultaneous with Mr Jenkins' appointment, the Board also announces that Carl
Waters resigned as Finance Director also with effect from 23 September 2004.
