  Zalemark Holding Company, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ZMRK) signs a major television distribution agreement with Destino Media Group for the launch of its Compralux Home Shopping Network. This long awaited launch scheduled for August 15th, 2013 will commence in the Puerto Rico market in 79 cities states Abel Perez the executive for Destino Media Group.
