Farber Hass Hurley, LLP will commence their audit to be submitted with a Form 10 and S-1 Registration. Zalemark's CEO, Raymond Ruiz, states, "We are excited to achieve this milestone. This will allow Zalemark and the new management team to apply for listing on the OTC QB."
