Zalemark Holding Company, Inc. signs a major television distribution agreement for its Compralux Home Shopping Network with Destino Media Group, Inc.

 

Los Angeles, CA- Zalemark Holding Company, Inc.(ZMRK) signs a major television distribution agreement with Destino Media Group for the launch of its Compralux Home Shopping Network.  This long awaited launch scheduled for August 15^th, 2013 will commence in the Puerto Rico market in 79 cities states Abel Perez the executive for Destino Media Group. This fully executed agreement was designed, negotiated and funded by Scott Prowse of Zalemark.  This is a major coup for Zalemark and its shareholders.  This beginning lucrative distribution platform will generate significant revenue for Zalemark?s Compralux division.  Mr Prowse states, ?This well-crafted arrangement is just the beginning of our distribution drive and expansion with Destino and other Hispanic station formats.  As we gain traction, we will rapidly expand into other cities throughout the US and other countries.?
