The stock swap and legal agreements were finalized September 13, 2013. The visionary genius behind this technology is Johnny Ruston of Modern Wellness, LLC.  Johnny states, ?After many years of developing and testing my technology, I have made the pledge to make this astonishing product available to the world, so everyone can have the benefit of good health and healing,?
