Ziegler, a specialty investment banking firm with more than 100 years of experience, welcomes Scott Winter as its newest member of its healthcare banking team in Cleveland, Ohio. Ziegler assists hospitals and healthcare organizations with creative, tailored financial solutions for their capital needs by offering an array of services including investment banking, financial risk management, merger and acquisition services as well as capital and strategic planning.

Mr. Winter joins Ziegler as a managing director who will provide strategic, quantitative, and analytical advice relating to the capital needs of our healthcare clientele. Prior to joining Ziegler, Scott held investment banking positions with PNC Capital Markets and A.G. Edwards & Sons. Prior to his career in investment banking, he was a research associate at a Midwest equity research boutique. Scott is a member of Northeast Ohio chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and serves on the Board of Directors of the Catholic Community Connection, an organization of Catholic sponsored education, healthcare, human services, and senior living ministries, which fosters collaboration to respond to the needs of all people within the Diocese of Cleveland.
