SymPowerco Discusses Development Plans for 2010

CEO John Davenport announced today that the company has completed a broad
assessment of the current state of its technologies and of its various
technical and business relationships with the objective of maximizing their
values to shareholders.

As a result of the reviews, SymPowerco has developed a multi-faceted development plan for 2010, the details of which will be announced in the days and weeks ahead. The objectives of the plan will be the much more rapid development of the company's core technologies.
