Union Dental to Build Dental Networks for Four North Carolina CWA Chapters

Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: UDHI),
the leading provider of network-based dental services for union
members, announced today that it has started building dental networks
by signing Management Services Agreements with dentists in Durham,
Henderson, Kannapolis and Matthews, N.C. These agreements are for
dentists to accommodate the dental needs for Communications Workers of
America (CWA) members who belong to Local CWA chapters in Raleigh and
Charlotte.
   George D. Green, president and CEO of Union Dental, said, "We are
aiming to add 12 dentists in this region. We continue to market to
this area and will expand the dental network by adding more dentists
as we sign on additional CWA chapters."
   Each union member has $1,500 worth of dental coverage and that
coverage will be provided by member services of the UDHI dental
network. Nationwide, CWA has more than 750,000 members and
approximately 3.2 million insured. There are approximately 12,000
insured in North Carolina.
