Union Dental and Drinkable Air Complete Prototype of the Green Ozonator for Dental Offices

  Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UDHI) www.uniondental.com/ir -- a provider of multi-state dental services for union members, announced today, as a part of its Joint Venture Agreement with Drinkable Air (DA), that they have recently completed the prototype of the Green Ozonator on schedule.

This product is a natural extension of the Drinkable Air product line and is designed to kill any microbes in the water before and after it is pumped to the operatory by introducing ozone into the water supplied. Ozone has long been used as an effective water disinfectant and this product addresses concerns that have developed over bacterial contamination of the water lines used in areas such as dental operatories. Kevin Noonan (Kevin Noonan Consulting), a Six Sigma Black Belt, acted as a consultant on the project to design and build the prototypes. Drinkable Air is now planning to scale up for volume production.

UDHI and DA recently announced the filing for the Green Ozonator USA Patent Pending (#13/548,128), Canadian Patent Pending (#2,784,055), European Union Patent Pending (#Ack13242517) and a Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCTUS12050527) which the PCT protects the patent pending filing in approximately 150 countries for 30 months as of 7-17-2012 which was the original filing date for the patent filing in the USA.
