Union Dental Reports 1st Quarter Revenues for 2013

CORAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwired - May 15, 2013) - Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UDHI) (http://ir.stockpr.com/uniondental) a Company that operates and manages a network of dentists throughout the United States for union members announced the financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2013. In the Consolidated Statement of earnings the Company reported income from operations of $113,745 on revenues of $1,065,813 as compared to income from operations of $133,600 on revenues of $1,124,992 during the same period in 2012.
