Union Dental Holdings to Be Featured Speaker at the North Carolina President's Counsel

Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:UDHI) announced
today Dr. George Green, President and CEO of UDHI will be the featured
speaker at the Communications Workers of America (CWA) North Carolina
President's meeting on Friday, June 17 at the Wingate Inn in Concorde
NC. All of the president's from all CWA locals in the state will be in
attendance.
   Dr. Green will be speaking about the benefits offered to CWA
members by the UDHI Dental Network currently being established in
North Carolina. North Carolina was one of the first states after
Florida to establish a UDHI dental network in 1987. The Communication
Workers of America's State Representative Wallace Weaver has
personally invited Dr. Green to speak to the North Carolina Presidents
at their next quarterly meeting. To be addressed is North Carolina's
participation with UDHI in a further statewide expanded dental network
to service the union members within the state.

requiring a small out-of-pocket co-payment from the union member
patient. In addition, Union Dental Corp. acquired the assets of an
existing dental practice (excluding the patient list) and manages the
