      Wiremedia, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: WRMA), a leading developer of Bluetooth 
      advertising solutions, has announced a new distribution partnership with 
      AD Effect. The agreement opens new channels for Wiremedia's Bluetooth 
      Mediaserver and enables AD Effect to deploy Bluetooth location-based 
      marketing specifically throughout the Middle East and the Netherlands. 
      The agreement also requires that AD Effect maintain a minimum level of 
      sales and installation of the Bluetooth Mediaserver from year to year.

      theaters, convention centers, offices, and public space operators the 
      ability to engage in location-based bluetooth advertising and messaging
