WENR Begins the Process to Acquire Additional Cable Systems

   WENR Corporation (PINKSHEETS: WNRC) announces growth strategy to add additional cable systems into its subsidiary, Satview Broadband Ltd.

Satview Broadband Ltd. is currently evaluating several cable systems between 1,000 and 5,000 subscribers in the State of Nevada. The Company plans to submit offers to purchase several of these smaller cable providers determined by their interconnectivity through fiber optic. In acquiring cable systems in the same region the Company will be able to offer services from a centralized location, as well as combine and lower costs.

"We are in the process of integrating two cable providers. We know exactly what we are looking for in opportunities and believe we have found several acquisition targets," noted Dan Green, CEO of WENR Corp.

The Elko, Nevada location is in the process of upgrading its system to install high speed Internet. The addition of Internet service will generate additional revenue.

Currently, Satview Broadband offers cable television in Elko, Carlin, Battle Mountain, Wells, Jackpot, and Wellington, Nevada, and Fillmore, Utah. The Company is currently testing its "Triple Play" system in Wellington, Nevada. "Triple Play" allows Satview to offer Internet, telephone, and video for a single price.

"Many of the communities will warmly receive our bundled 'Triple Play' System," continued Mr. Green. "Most of the communities have never had the opportunity to choose cable TV, Internet, and telephone service from one entity."
