Under the terms of the Agreement, Azteca channel operated by Ngensolutions in Reno, Nevada, has the exclusive rights to broadcast a Soccer Show on Mondays for the league. In addition Azteca will have the marketing rights with the Soccer league, which will generate revenue from its members viewing local programming on the local cable system.
Ngensolutions will commence affiliate marketing through the Northern Nevada Soccer League.

Ngensolutions is a media company with interests in radio and television properties located in Reno, Nevada. Ngensolutions is the owner-operator of Channel 25 and Channel 43 TV stations. Channel 25 is now broadcasting Azteca America in the Reno area, one of the top Hispanic networks in the United States. Ngensolutions is exploring programming to be carried on Channel 43 in combination with its planned small-cap financial network. Additionally the company leased an existing studio in Reno to carry local programming and the financial network. Ngensolutions also owns an interest in KXTO-AM 1550 Radio, which is broadcasting and generating revenue.
