Ngensolutions Announces Agreement With Smooth Jazz Network

  Ngensolutions LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of WENR Corporation (PINKSHEETS: WNRC), announced that it has entered into a rebroadcast agreement with Smooth Jazz Network. Ngensolutions is the operator of 1440 AM station in Reno, Nevada which broadcasts Smooth Jazz. The station is the only Jazz station in the Reno-Carson City market. The station has commenced broadcasting from the Azteca 25 Reno, Studios at Meadowood Mall. A microwave link was successfully installed at the Meadowood studio, which links Smooth Jazz to the transmitter on Pyramid Highway approximately 10 miles from the studio.

Smooth Jazz is geared towards stable financial demographic market, thus the network is well situated to weather the recession. The addition of Smooth Jazz lowers the total cost of operations since all operations are conducted from the same facility.
