Wineco Productions Inc. Signs Letter of Intent with Mineral Reclamation Corp.

Wineco Productions Inc. (OTC:WNCP) announces it has
entered into a letter of intent with Mineral Reclamation Corp. for the
use of technology for chemical separation of platinum palladium
rhodium and other noble metals. The agreement benefits both companies.
Production at various Wineco Tailing sites will resume as soon as
weather permits since the sites are not accessible due to snow layers.
   Tests have proven a high content of noble metals from the tailings
acquired from World Wide Consulting. Wineco may begin processing at
that location in late April.
   Compliance for pink sheets newest format is expected to be
complete within 30 days.
